Historic Warehouse Lofts

Mixed Use - Adaptive Reuse Development

The Historic Warehouse Lofts project was an adaptive reuse development of a historic warehouse built in 1913. The seven-story structure, originally used for retail storage now offers downtown Buffalo a mix of high end, market rate, loft-style condominiums and 8300 SF of commercial office space. The 30 - one and two bedroom - units provide owners with an upscale condo product that includes hardwood floors, solid oak doors, granite counter tops, whirlpool tubs, fireplaces, in unit laundry and many other unique amenities. A number of covered garage parking spaces and ample on-site parking are provided. The second floor offices were designed with an open plan, high tech design theme. Historic Warehouse Lofts is listed on the National Register of Historic Buildings and in 2010 Schneider Development Services, LLC and Schneider Architectural Services, PC received awards for preservation excellence from Preservation Buffalo-Niagara.
