Springville Country Club

Clubhouse, Proshop and Cart Storage Facility

The new clubhouse at Springville Country Club in Springville, NY, was completed in 2003. It was designed and constructed under a stringent budget and time constraints. Slab on grade, wood-frame construction was utilized to allow the building to be built in an efficient and straightforward manner, while taking special care to accommodate the client’s criteria for a handsome and affordable structure. The old clubhouse was demolished at the end of the fall golf season and by spring the new facility was ready for use. The clubhouse features men's and women's locker facilities, a members dinning room and grill room, a full service kitchen, administrative offices, and a golfers' turn station. In 2008 a fire destroyed the club's pro-shop and cart storage facility. Schneider Architectural Services, PC was retained to design a new facility that today is architecturally harmonious with the new club house.
