Schneider Architectural Services, PC provided full architectural services for the Apartments @ the HUB, a 50-unit mixed-use rehabilitation of two historic structures in downtown Buffalo.
The HUB included three interactive commercial tenants, Black Button Distillery, HubFit Studio and The Bike Shop.
The upscale urban housing units range in size from 950 sf one bed apartments to 1500 sf two bed units. The complex includes a historic atrium with natural light-well, a large roof deck overlooking Buffalo’s western skyline and, basement and surface parking.
