Schneider Architectural Services worked closely with Artisan Kitchens & Baths to create a versatile culinary demonstration and dining facility within an existing warehouse/showroom building. The existing brick walls and the heavy timber-framed structural system were exposed to provide a rich, and historically authentic backdrop to complement the state-of-the-art Culinary Loft.
The Culinary Loft is designed to accommodate many different functions that include; a central teaching and demonstration island for up to 16 persons, hands on learning islands with individualized mechanical exhaust hoods, electronically enhanced student observation capabilities and wide ranging scenarios for social gatherings and corporate networking events.
SARC developed a flexible layout that creates ergonomically comfortable work spaces while maintaining a warm, inviting and elegant dining atmosphere.
