In 2003, this building was entirely renovated to accommodate storefront businesses on the ground floor and the offices of the Buffalo Design Collaborative occupying the entire second floor. The interior of the second floor provides six individual offices, a photography studio, a conference room, print room, and kitchen, all connected to a central open work area.
