The Mercedes-Benz of Buffalo dealership project involved an extensive multi-year master plan for the existing dealership building located on Main St. in Williamsville. The dealership had determined that it was necessary to rethink how it works in terms of automotive service experience and workflow, while also needing to incorporate the Mercedes-Benz USA Corporate specific dealership standard requirements.
The project’s main component was a new drive lane addition that allowed for a customer to drop off their vehicle in an enclosed building structure. The customer service reception, waiting, hospitality, and merchandise sales areas were upgraded to highly finished areas that greatly improved the overall customer experience. The whole vehicle sales showroom was remodeled with new flooring, ceilings, painting, lighting, glass cubicle walls, and workstation furniture. The building’s front and side facades were upgraded with new color changes, alucobond metal panel siding, new glazing features, and new building and site signage
program.
Additionally, the internal floorplan was reworked. The managerial offices were relocated in the building and the main showroom was expanded for additional vehicle presentation and for an improved vehicle pickup experience.
In all, the Mercedes-Benz of Buffalo dealership underwent significant changes that significantly helped improve its business operations, customer experience, and visual aesthetics.
