Schneider Architectural Services, PC provided the architectural services for the new Nardin Academy Athletic Center located in Buffalo NY. The 30,000 square foot facility houses an indoor turf playing field for soccer, lacrosse, field hockey, baseball and softball and seven international squash courts with viewing areas.
The athletic center also accommodates student athletes with two team locker rooms, a concession stand and a student study center and conference room.
The facility was constructed after demolition of an old warehouse and on top of the original floor slab. Design and construction was fast-tracked in a period of 12 months from start of preliminary planning to dedication.
