The Springville Country Club’s new clubhouse was designed and constructed under stringent budget and time constraints. Special care was taken during the design phase to accommodate the client’s criteria for a handsome and affordable structure that would serve the club well into the future.
Slab on grade, wood frame construction was utilized to allow the building to be built in an efficient and straightforward manner. The exterior materials include a blend of natural wood, fabricated stone, and vinyl siding.
The Springville Proshop and Cart Barn project was required due to a devastating fire that burned the old facility to the ground. The exterior design of the new structure is modeled closely on the clubhouse that SARC designed a few years earlier. This project was constructed under budget due to an innovative use of pole barn design for the cart barn portion of the complex.
